  • In 2019 Central1 (People Solutions division) contacted RCS Software to investigate the possibility of building a Compensation Survey System that is capable of Collecting and Analyzing Incumbent Data as well as Compensation Practices, Perquisites and Benefits for Year over year analysis.
  • RCS investigated their requirements and started creating working prototypes and engaged in brain storming sessions with Compensation team
  • RCS Developed Web based Compensation System hosted on Azure, The system allowed the more than 140 Credit Unions to upload their compensation data in Sept 2020 and the first Analysis Reports were produced in Nov 2020. The system was used in June 2021 and the data analysis was completed August 2021.
  • In 2003 Elliott Special Risks didn’t have a system for Underwriting or Claims management. After failed attemps with other vendors, they contacted RCS Software.
  • RCS investigated their requirements and started creating POC’s and engaged in Brain storming sessions with Underwriting Managent from different lines of Business (Property and Inland Marine, Liability, Directors and officers, …etc)
  • RCS Developed Web based System for Elliott Special Risks, The system allowed the company to track underwriting and accounting Information including client information, submissions, transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable and policies. The system also produced Invoices, quotes, letters, faxes, wordings, endorsements, certificates and policies. The reports included detailed accounting and bordereau as well as dynamic reporting. System exports Data to AccPac as well as creates CSV feeds that gets sent to Partners (Insurers and re-insures) on a monthly basis. The system was used in 2 branches (Toronto & Montreal) by over 120 employees
  • RCS Developed Claims module for the main system that integrated the claims process to prevent redundency in data entry and provide complete picture of insured policies and claims.
  • RCS Implemented Paperless initiative to upload all historical data online to be accessed through the underwriting system built, instead of being in huge folders in shelves across the offices. We engaged Iron Mountain to Scan the files and create searchable PDF’s using OCR technology.
  • Provided technical support for 10 years till the company was bought by Markell International.
